What types of videos do you make?
We make a wide range of videos from corporate brand videos to music videos to documentaries. We specialize in brand and social media content for individuals, businesses and nonprofits who want to share their story with the world. We’ve also done instructional videos both for internal and external uses. Whether you're a big company that needs a commercial or a small business that needs a product overview video, we’ve got you covered.
What’s your process like?
Our process is designed to make it easy for you to create video content for your business. We do the heavy lifting and are with you every step of the way. Our Creative Directors begin with an initial consultation where we discover your business goals and the challenges you're facing. From there we meet with you and your team to pitch our project and deliver you a scope of work that will help us plot our path forward.
Once we align on a project and scope, the real fun starts. Our team will begin Pre-production which may include writing a script, creating storyboards, and hiring and scheduling talent and crew. Once we finalize the script and lock down our talent and locations, we set filming dates.
On the day of the shoot, our team handles all the lighting, audio, and filming equipment. Our Assistant Director will keep us on schedule and make sure the day runs smoothly. Our creative team will be in charge of making sure our film looks and sounds amazing.
Once we have the video shot, we begin Post-Production. The first step is getting you a rough cut of your video so you can let us know what works and what doesn’t. We then incorporate that feedback and then deliver you a revised cut. We do one more round of feedback and then our team delivers a final video optimized for the platforms where your audience lives.
Do you do 4K?
Yes, we shoot on 6K and 4K Blackmagic cinema cameras. We strive to shoot with high quality video equipment, lenses, lighting, and sound. By choosing us, you’re choosing quality. Work with us and we’ll make you say, “WOW.”
Where are you located? Do you do out of state video shoots?
Izo Creative is based in Oakland at 2100 Embarcadero. We have been in the Bay Area since 2020. While we love the San Francisco Bay, we also love shooting all around the country and the world. To date, Izo has filmed in 21 states as well as internationally in Germany, Canada, France, and Italy. Out of state? Out of country? No problem, let’s talk!
How much do you charge per hour?
While we may decide to charge certain services by the hour, we usually provide you an overall quote for delivering the video or content that you need. There’s so many aspects of making a film that pricing out an hourly rate for everything gets a little overwhelming. If you’re looking for a price for editing or a day of shooting, we can provide you with hourly and daily rates for individual services.
Do you do shoot photos?
Yeah, we definitely do that. Need some new headshots for all your employees? How about some refresher photos of your business and products for your website and social media? It’s easy for us to include photography into our video shoot or if all you need is photography, we are happy to focus on getting the shots you need.
How long will it take to produce my video?
Each video is different. Some videos can go from concept to final delivery within a week while others can take months. When you work with us, we make sure to build in a timeline and milestones for every step of our process. So if you have a hard deadline, let us know and we can design a project to meet your needs. On average, a video from consultation to final delivery is six weeks.
Can you produce my commercial, TV show or film?
Yes, we can. We are a full service video production company. You have a vision, we can turn it into a reality.
How does payment work?
Payments are typically handled as a 50% deposit upon signing our agreement and the remaining 50% for final delivery. If you have ongoing needs, we can work together on a retainer basis.
